I need ruthless meanspo
Two months have gone by. So far i lost and kept of 5 lbs, can fit into a size 6 jeans (tight fit), i notice how much i actually eat, and how much water i need to start drinking. Tea is delicious, tho i have had about 2 cups in these 2 months. I am ready to get the rest of my fat off. Im ready to be beautiful. I came far from where i started. I am strong, and i will be skinny!
i give everyone full permission to send me thinspo, sweetspo or meanspo without warning. this bitch wants to be SKINNY and i need constant motivation rn cause i suck.
It’s a competition
Today in class the stomach of my friend sitting next to me rumbled really loud. I suppose she did not ate breakfast. But after i said she should eat something all she said was “i am not hungry”. Somehow that made me really jealous. I realized that i have not time forever to get thin. Other girls that are more disciplined, they could be skinny before i am. Thats my motivation now.

SHE wouldn’t have binged. Its like you dont even want to be thin.
I always cave. I always eat too much then spend the rest of my day planning on how how to do a better job of controlling what i eat. I need to gain control back. I need to be skinny. I want to be able to have my bf pick me up and to not feel a fat cow. I dont want to be fat anymore.
So fun little fact about your brain, it doesn’t understand negatives.
Your higher “human” brain knows the difference between “eat” and “don’t eat” but your emotional lower brain just hears “eat”
(Like I just did oops) but for real, if you’re trying to fast, don’t tell yourself “I’m not hungry” say “IM ALREADY FULL.”
Don’t say “don’t eat” say “I’ll eat later”
When you force yourself to think without negatives,
The more you obsess about NOT doing something, the more prone you are to doing it. So change up how you speak to yourself! Good luck!

does this sound good to you? do you want to be as skinny as a runway model? then act like one.
- eat small portions. models never eat more than what fits in the size of the palm of their hand. this is to stave off bloating.
- limit the amount of carbs you eat. for every 1 gram of carbs you eat, 4 grams of water is held in your body. that adds unnecessary water weight and bloating.
- A quote from an agency to a model “Eat fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and salad for dinner.” As cruel as it sounds, agencies want you to be stick thin. Why? because everyone envies and wants to be thin. Agencies know what works, as they’ve trained many prestigious models to be more marketable.
- Liquid fast until 4pm, every day. During the day, you have to be in the public eye and/or attend castings and photoshoots. You cannot be bloated. If you eat at 4pm, you’ve burned fat all day long instead of calories and you now have the nighttime and while you sleep to burn off your dinner.
- The average intake of models (specifically runway) is 500-600 calories. this has been proven by many models themselves.
- Most models have very limited foods allowed in their typical diets. Most only allow; egg whites, veggies, apples, diet coke, coffee, tea, protein bars, green smoothies/juices, oatmeal and yogurt.
- Models never binge, because they don’t want to compromise their job for a slice of pizza. They have their priorities in check.
From now on I’m deadass gonna pretend I’m a model. Like really. Like try to convince myself if I binge I’ll lose my job and my income and I’ll become homeless. My life depends on starving.
